She had contacts for a contractor and painters who worked together seamlessly, with Daria overseeing the progress. She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. The renovation costs was very reasonable, it was lower than the estimate I had got on my own. They did a very good job, the place looked very nice. The house sold within 2 days of listing, at over the asking price.

I cannot say enough good things about Daria and her team, It was a pleasure working with them. Everyone was very helpful, answered any questions I had, and guided me along the way for the steps and things to do for the selling and moving process. I would definitely recommend Daria to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
