We met Daria just over 4 years ago through family, who also had purchased a new home. Needless to say, there is professional, and then there is Daria and her Team. Absolutely second to none. Upon our arrival to the Ottawa area this summer, Daria had been keeping us up to date with the local realty market via our own portal with our wish list! This helped us gain valuable insights to the market and put us in a good position. When the time came to really scope in, Daria’s group went into action. Viewings were set up quickly and in timely manners. Upon beginning the offer process, the purchase, and putting things together for our deal, everyone helped from the start to make the process so smooth. We could not be happier than the amazing place and location we found. Daria represents more than just being a realtor and a realty firm. She represents you as the customer, as a friend, and she truly cares about the clients needs and wish lists for a home/condo. We can’t wait for our move in day this coming April.
